Lots of layers on this one. I used Paper Artsy Fresco paint, their stencils, and a white gelli roll pen. Watch the process in the video below.

Have fun with building layers. Remember that you can always go back and add more if you are not satisfied with the look. Or paint over everything. Use a pale color of acrylic paint and lightly apply the paint. You might be surprised with the look.
