Sketching Daily

I have several larger projects I am tackling this year. I will reveal them as I work on them. Right now I am planning, learning and figuring out the final product. Watch for more digital and physical products from me. 

In December I did a sketch a day and have continued it into January! They are small sketches made on a 4x6” pad with a water brush and small pallet of paint. Easy to carry around and make the daily art practice happen. I discovered along the way that this exercise allowed me to explore some ideas I have. It’s interesting to see the response and comments. If you choose to do something like this, make it easy to accomplish. Once you have established the simple habit you can expand it to move to the next level. 

Gnomes are still on the brain, even though Christmas is 11 months away. Let’s see how many I make in the next several months. Starting in August watch for in person classes in Bend, Oregon. Well worth the visit!!!
