Not the ideal meal but occasionally it’s fun! (c) Lee E. Kellogg

What goes in is what makes your brain work.
Zig Ziglar frequently told a story about a race horse. If you owned a million dollar earning race horse you would make sure to feed it the very best food so it stays in tip top condition. Then why do we feed ourselves the worst food possible?

Pay attention to what you eat, focus on eating whole foods, not processed foods. Cooking food takes a bit of time, but you are feeding the creative soul on multiple levels when you do this. Cooking is a creative act and the food produced nourishes your brain, that creative power house.

Eat around the color wheel with a strong focus on deeply colored plants. Dr. Mark Hyman’s Pegan diet is a great way to look at things if you need one thing to follow. Avoid fast food and industrially raised food. Limit sugar and alcohol. Eat as clean as you can.
