Outdoor T ime -aka Vitamin N
Spending time outdoors is super important for your overall well being. Try to get at least ten minutes a day outside. More is better, like working on the 10,000 steps you need to do daily.
Seeing the early morning light each day will help you sleep that night. Viewing the dawn light resets your circadian clock and melatonin release. This is true even in the depths of winter when the sun may not show until later in the morning.
An entire day or even a weekend spent in nature has benefits that last well into the following week. Filling up on vitamin N (Nature) will keep your creativity flowing.
