Simple Palette
Want a simple to watercolor palette? Here are the five primary colors that I would start with:
Quinacridone Pink, Hansa Yellow Light and Phthalo Blue (Green Shade) are three primary colors to start with. Add in Either Neutral Tint or Blood Stone Genuine for a black and then Titanium white. These five colors will provide you with wide range of painting colors.
For a different color palette try using Phthalo Blue (green shade) with Quinacridone Gold and Quinacridone Pink or perhaps Alizarin Crimson which is darker than the Quin Pink. Lighter blue would be Colbalt Turquoise, that gives the palette a nice Mediterranean look.
Take the time to play and explore your colors no matter what medium you are using.
