March Creativity Boost
I have been working at my regular job lots the last several weeks and will be for most of March. Getting my act together and doing creativity has been a priority. I have a gnome felting project that I am working on in preparation for Christmas classes. You all will see them first!
Watercolor, especially with urban sketching and nature journaling are my primary focuses when my time is short. I have many other creative ideas, things I want to learn and make. It’s a matter of making time for them and time to learn. Many times it’s easy to just stay with what we know. The goal should be novelty. Doing something new, especially every day if you can, is super brain food. Newness reigns.
Use your creativity to handle the emotions that you experience, happy, sad, frustration or anger. Get the emotions out of your head and body and on to paper. You will feel better. Make sure to get outside as we start into the longer days in the northern hemisphere.
