Immune Tea
I found this on Instagram and love it. You will need a good blender to make it. It is a good immune booster during the winter. Plus it has a bit of zing and tastes good.
One Orange
One Lemon
One inch of Turmeric root and ginger root
Chop up the turmeric and ginger, put in the blender. Peel orange and lemon, add to blender. Blend into a pulp.
Pour into silicone trays or ice cube trays and freeze.
Once frozen put in a ziplock freezer bag.
Depending on the size of your cubes, mine are large, I put one in a mug and pour boiling water over it. Stir it up and enjoy. If your tray is smaller sized cubes, use a couple. Taste test to see how many you need.
