Daily Art Practice

Abstract Mixed Media by Lee E. Kellogg

We all want to get better at whatever art or craft we do. In order to do so you must have a daily practice. Even five minutes a day to splash some paint on paper, stamp a few images out, knit a bit or sew a seam will have exponential returns over time.

Grab your project, that new blank sketchbook, or what ever and get to work. Do something everyday. After that, go for a walk outside to recharge the creative parts of your brain. Then eat protein, 30-50 grams per meal. Most of us don’t get enough to keep our bodies and brains operating optimally.
